The Project Manager will have the ability to structure, plan, execute, and complete various projects; mitigate risk through managing scope, schedule and quality, and by monitoring the overall operational performance of the project; ensure that the proper knowledge and resources are available when and where needed, and ensure that the expected results are produced; define deliverables, track milestones, review and analyze budgeted hours versus expended hours.
Candidates should have all or most of the following:
- US Citizenship
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years management experience
- Ability to communicate to multiple levels of personnel and management
- Ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively
- Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Must exhibit time management skills
- Familiar with a variety of the project management industry concepts, practices, and procedures, and utilize these methodologies where deemed necessary
- Experience directly supervising teams of 5 or more individuals
- Knowledge of the techniques for managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products (including, but not limited to Project, Word, Excel, and Access)
- Working knowledge of Oracle (10g or 11g), MySQL, and PL/SQL; design and implementation of relational database joins and queries; and standard database concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to build and execute complex queries, macros, and modules for parsing data
- Experience with ArcGIS or other GIS solutions preferred
- Knowledge of telecommunication numbering principles
- Understanding of telecommunication and IP network structures
- Active or Inactive DoD Clearance
- Local to Phoenix or Scottsdale Arizona
